How do I create an account?

What age groups is this for?

Sound Step Music is designed for children ages 3-18, with age-appropriate content for each level.

Do I need any musical experience?

No! Our lessons start from the very beginning and guide learners step by step.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full access to all features. No credit card required to start!

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.

How do I add my child?

Go to your dashboard and click 'Add Student' to create a profile for your child.

Can multiple children use one account?

Yes! Family plans support up to 4 children, and Premium plans have unlimited children.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently we're a web-based platform that works great on tablets and computers.

The music notation isn't displaying correctly

I can't hear the audio

Check your device volume and browser audio permissions. Some browsers block audio until you interact with the page.
